Event Overview

Vendor Application Deadline & Submission

  • Application deadline: July 1, 2026

  • Vendor must sign the Rules and Regulations Contract (included in electronic and PDF forms)

  • Booth setup is by appointment only

  • Setup details will be emailed once a completed application is received

  • Vendors will be contacted by August 1, 2026 with setup date, time, and itinerary

  • Mail completed application, attachments, and payment to:

    • Parkersburg Homecoming, Inc.
      ATTN: Vendor Applications

Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • Payment must be included with the application

  • Check payable to Parkersburg Homecoming, Inc

  • Payment must be sent in physical form to P.O. Box 416, Parkersburg, WV 26102-0416.

  • No refunds for:

    • No-shows

    • Weather-related cancellations

  • Refunds available only if cancellation request is received before August 1, 2026

  • NSF (returned) checks incur a $45 fee in addition to the application fee

Festival Rules & Regulations

  • City of Parkersburg and Parkersburg Homecoming, Inc. are not responsible for:

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged items

    • Accidents or injuries

  • Vendors must:

    • Bring a minimum of 100 feet of power cord if electricity is needed

    • Comply with Parkersburg Fire Department rules

    • Comply with Wood County Health Department rules

  • Violations of rules may result in:

    • Removal from the event

    • No refund

    • Disqualification from future events

  • Prohibited items for sale or presence:

    • Tobacco products, pipes, vape products

    • Drug paraphernalia

    • Adult sex products

    • Non-prescription drugs

    • Firearms

    • Alcohol

  • Pets are permitted if:

    • On a leash

    • Well-behaved

    • Vendor cleans up after them

  • Vendors using electricity must have:

    • A Class C or CO₂ fire extinguisher on site

  • Vendors must have a valid state business license

  • Vendors must be off festival grounds by noon on Sunday

Food Vendor Requirements

  • Must attach proof of liability insurance

  • Food trucks/trailers must:

    • Be clean and neat in appearance

    • Have a state-mandated fire suppression system

  • Holding tanks must be provided by the vendor

  • Only concession vendors may sell food or beverages

Utilities & Setup Information (Food Vendors)

  • Vendors must indicate:

  • Whether water access is required (Yes/No)

  • Whether electricity access is required (Yes/No)

    • If electricity is required:

      • Number of amps needed

      • Electrical plug type
